Crusader: it actually was sharp originally, just further enhance the contrast.

FotoTods: hah... how i wish i have that kind of creativity with me. it was actually a kid building sand castle and i just go and shoot it.

70-200 sharp when light is sufficient but not during low light... besides, this lens has no IS before it actually came out one with IS.

ppl tend to tell me that my photos are soft especially using this lens. but i try to find way to utilise watever i have now.

oh yes, you can use tripod even for long range lens with long exposure.
