At Kelong boardwalk, near changi beach club.. quite nice for the sunset shoots there...

I find #1 well balanced. I would also have tried cropping a little looser, allow some space (sea) around the boat and rocks, probably more on the rocks side can be quite interesting?
I have a suggestion for #3. How about taking the yatch entirely out of the photo, just shoot the sun and the kelong. The sun will feel dramatically larger, because of the reference with the tiny kelong.

#1 With the yacht captured towards the left alone with the sun and its reflection on the water would have been very nice.
#2 I would take at a lower angle. Its nice but lacks sharpness.
#3 This is beautiful but I would crop more at the bottom, leaving the seat, its extension and top part of the boat.
#4 Nice capture of the bird but certain areas is a bit over exposed and certain under exposed. If more details of the plummage are captured in the front it would have been superb.
