Hi,
it depends. However, for this case, i used 5 exposures jpegs. Just so you know, the 1st pic of the Joshua Tree park, it's combines using photoshop and not on photomatix. The sky is used for the medium lighting foreground.

Btw, just curious people, if I set up a HDR class, would you all be interested to attend?

thanks!

Taken in Barcelona, Sagrada Familia Cathedral. This is taken at the top of one of the towers. HDR using 2 exposure shots.

This is taken down from the spiral stair case from the tower i climbed. I held the camera outside the wall, and took 3 shots. Combined this in Photomatix Pro.

Alhambra palace. This is taken from one of the door ways. This one is hand held taking 3 shots using timer. I can't use the tripod as the freaking security guard think it is a hazard.

Yup, It is...it's the kind of place where u will go wow everywhere u visit. Everything is magnified so much bigger than u can imagine. The architecture, the art works, culture and events, can totally blow ur mind away.

Well! My next stop is vietnam this saturday for 9 days. FRom Hanoi, to Na Daeng and then to Ho Chi Min city.

Hi all,

Just curious. If i start a class for HDR Photography lessons, would you be interested?

Lessons will include:
1. Bad effects to watch out for in taking the exposure shots.
2. How to take proper exposure shots for HDR.
3. Composing the shot
4. Using photomatix and without photomatix
5. file format to use in Photoshop for printing.

Course will be 5 sessions, 3 hrs each time, which includes practical and critic session. Course fees will be S$300 which includes notes and reading materials.

Well, this is just the brief introduction, not the exact course outline.

I'm just wondering what is the response will be like.

thanks!

Do you have a website or portfolio that we can refer to? So we can have a better understanding of your background, your works, your achievement or awards etc and of course, sponsorships if any.

I certainly hope that with your achievements and recognitions from your portfolios, you are more able to succeed in holding classes like that.

Just my 2 cents. Hope you don't mind.
