Re: Sungei Buloh
i think the blue is too harsh, throwing in some clouds would have been nice lol...
anyway a panorama would be better rather then a narrow kinda feel, u'll get a larger, more spacious kinda feel... =>

Re: Sungei Buloh
hi, in my humble opinion, u might want to check on halo effects on your HDR shot when u do your adjustments. There is an obvious halo over the trees. Not to mention, the blue in the sky looks a bit fake...U might want to asjust the hue saturation to correct that to being it back to normal blue.
I think i know where u are coming from in this pic. However, when it comes to taking bridge shots, u might want to consider whether u want the bridge as the emphasis which includes a large part of the reflection as the main subject or u want the transquility of the sky as the subject to portray the peacefulness and vastness of the sky.
If i were to take this shot, i would most probably stand a little further, to take/review more of the bridge pavement and lower the sky by half of your current pic. In that way, the emphasis on the wet reflection on the pavement and the texture of the wooden pavement will add more impact to the pic.
I hope my 2 cent's worth is not too critical....

I will take note of that...it is good to hear other's point of view.
You are right the sky is fake. The original sky was dull and gray. I painted it with blue and that explains the halo effect you are seeing. The halo is not because of the HDR treatment.
