Those are taken with a 18-55mm... Considering a macro lens. Tight budget... Keke.. I'm a Canon 50D user

Kenko extensions and raynox adapter are both different accessories for you to mount your lens onto or mount onto your lens.
Both have the capability to convert your ordinary lens into a MACRO lens!
Both have their own short comings depending on which you choose in the end to suit your own preferences
