Re: Eric Kong's City, Land, Night & Sea-scapes
For the past 2 weeks i've been shooting sunsets non-stop except for thursday and it is still ongoing till today, which is why you can see so much photos of sunset. i have not try sunrise yet cause most of the time i couldn't wake up. lol
i believe sunset is different from day to day. it may be bore going back to the same place over and over again but i still do it after work at 5. it helps me to relax too!

very very long but very nice series of sunsets here, you have really motivated me and you have proven yourself that you can motivate yourself in shooting.
you have the drive in you which not many people have to keep on doing the same thing and improving on themselves.
a big kudos!

Re: Eric Kong's City, Land, Night & Sea-scapes
These are a few photos starting from the 2nd one of trying out long exposure at the beach during sunset. i was trying to be a mythbuster, proving that u dun need a ND or Graduated filter to do long exposure.

Re: Eric Kong's City, Land, Night & Sea-scapes
It worked! but actually you can see your sky is underexposed now. but your seawater is milky smooth! nice. maybe you still need filters after all.. lol
anyway what is your shutter speed for these shots?

Re: Eric Kong's City, Land, Night & Sea-scapes
MyViewfinder: my shutter speed was between 5 to 15sec. it was a trial and error for me.
Re: Eric Kong's City, Land, Night & Sea-scapes
really, good photos does not really depend on camera but the person behind the viewfinder.
